Job Description:

Scrutinize the ROF given by KAM and send it to RDIO for code generation
Keep a copy of ROF for future reference

Keep KAM informed about the status

Maintain the list of Corporates, list of DOs with signature and list of employees having salary account with us

Train KAMs on filling up the ROF (critical and important fields)

Welcome call to each corporate to introduce and explain our processes related to salary upload and meal card/reimbursement account. Also provide key contact details at the bank/branch. Meet the corporate (DOs and other important officials) along with the KAM for first introduction.

Inform the company of the KYC requirements for employee accounts if any based on the categorization.

Ensure handholding of the first salary credit process including interface with RDIO

Keep track of PGK stock at various nodal branches

Request branch for indenting at reorder level or when extra PGKs are required

Check the PGK stock with all the KAMs (branch-wise, product wise stock as per e-tracker)

Inform the company/KAM/SE of the KYC requirements for employee accounts if any based on the categorization.

Send the AOFs to RDIO after scrutiny (quality check)

Inform KAM/SE about the discrepancies and get it cleared

Inform KAM/SE about the rejections, if any

Train SEs/KAMs on filling up the AOF (critical and important fields)

Take feedback from RDIO on the most common mistakes made for further process strengthening

Call the company to ensure they are uploading salary/reimbursement every month and to know when they are uploading bonus, meal card credit etc

Review MIS from CMIS highlighting accounts which are not receiving salary credits, defaulting on overdraft, loans, credit cards and call employees/corporate for rectifications. Update Product Manager/Product Head/National Head in case of concern areas

For accounts where salary credits are not happening, enquire if employee has quit and if yes, inform RDIO so that those accounts can be closed. Also inform company of list of accounts which have not received salary credit for 2 months and inform them that conversion/closure process will commence in case no salary credit is received for the third successive month as well. Service manager to also follow-up with individual for additional KYC documents, if any, for the accounts where conversion to OSB has been initiated due to no salary credit for 3 months. Account will be closed if additional KYC documents required are not submitted.

Inform the company before annual statements are mailed to employees

Incase corporate has repeated complaints about a particular service/feature of the bank; raise it with relevant product team.

Portfolio management (salary upload monitoring, number of account as promised in ROF, average salary etc)

Coordinate with Corporate for deployment of cross-sell desks for Post account opening cross-sells like Loans, Insurance & Financial Planning etc

Liaise with cross-functional team for setting up cross-sell desks

Be part of cross-sell desks to ensure that it is done properly

Maintain cross-sell lead tracker and follow-up on closures
