Job Description:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for managing, implementing, and deploying new business processes and partnerships to increase sales and industry reach. BDE should be able to research, analyse and suggest viable implementation process, should be able to map and analyse the market more efficiently and effectively, should be able to nurture leads to make them sales ready. This position offers a true ground-floor opportunity for a Business Development or Sales Professional to join our exciting, fast growing company.

Key Responsibilities :  
1. Understand and work towards established business targets.
2. Work closely with Business Development Head to design, implement, analyze and deploy new business processes
3. Manage partner relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for company partnerships
4. Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings
5. Work alongside Business Development Head to ensure specified territory is managed and effectively run and train team on affiliate relationships in each territory
6. Build and maintain successful relationships with partners
7. Expand market intelligence of insurance industry to drive business forward
8. Oversee workflows for partner accounts, manages partner communications for territory and resolves escalated issues or questions from partners
9. Participate in client interactions for knowledge transfer, updates and review meetings
