Job Description:

The role of a Training Manager is to do TNA - Training Need Analysis), prepare content (customized PowerPoints, documents, case studies etc., and deliver training programs across various locations.
Responsible to conduct soft skills training program to new joiners, junior executives and mid level managers in the areas of customer relationship management, team building, client acquisition, negotiation skills etc.,

Responsible to conduct product related training programs Equity Markets .

Design, development and delivery of product training programs to new joiners and junior executives

Should connect with all the stakeholders, especially Business Head, Line Managers and others to identify the training needs.

Work with Corporate HR and Business HR to enable conduct of such training programs and workshop

Prepare calendar for conducting training programs

Deliver training programs across various locations. This would involve extensive travelling

Profile:

Nearly 8-10 years of experience, with about 5 to 7 years of experience in the delivery of training programs.

Experience in the space of design and development of content, especially with regard to soft-skills is a must.

Experience of working in the Financial services space, especially in a Broking firm will be an added advantage

The person should display initiative, and come out with ideas to improve the behavioral attributes of employees across various levels and thereby impact the employees productivity.

Excellent communication skills

High confidence level; Smart in handling varied situations
